These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Metamorphos Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the RhemaVerse mobile application and related services (the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using RhemaVerse, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if under 18), and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following notice of updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
RhemaVerse is a cinematic Bible application that delivers scripture through AI-generated visual imagery, professional narration, and immersive storytelling. The Service includes:

RhemaVerse is a fully paid app. There is no permanent free tier. New users receive a 7-day free trial before their subscription begins. The following plans are available:
Full access to all content — narrated episode library, scripture reader, AI devotional, prayer journal, voice selection, and Scripture Card Generator
Everything in Cinematic, forever — one payment, no recurring charges, includes all future content updates
New users who subscribe to the Cinematic monthly plan receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it expires. You will not be charged if you cancel during the trial.
Free trials are available to new subscribers only. We reserve the right to limit trial eligibility at our discretion.
The Cinematic monthly subscription is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. By subscribing, you authorize the respective store to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants you permanent access to all current and future RhemaVerse content for as long as the Service operates. A Lifetime purchase is tied to your account and is non-transferable. In the event that RhemaVerse is discontinued, Metamorphos Studio's liability to Lifetime purchasers is limited to the purchase price paid.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Cancelling a monthly subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. Lifetime purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests must be submitted through their respective platforms. Metamorphos Studio does not issue direct refunds for subscription or Lifetime purchases. For exceptional circumstances, contact us at support@metamorphosstudio.com.
We reserve the right to change the monthly subscription price. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via in-app notification or email. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. The Lifetime purchase price is locked at the time of purchase and is not affected by future price changes.
Note: Payment processing and subscription management are handled by RevenueCat and the respective app stores. Metamorphos Studio does not store your payment card information.
All content in RhemaVerse — including but not limited to AI-generated imagery, narration audio, app design, graphics, animations, episode scripts, and software — is the property of Metamorphos Studio or our content licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our prior written permission.
RhemaVerse uses the American Standard Version (ASV) and King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, which are in the public domain.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the Service to any third party.
Images you generate using the Scripture Card Generator may be shared for personal, non-commercial use. All generated images retain "RhemaVerse" branding and remain subject to our intellectual property rights. Commercial use requires our prior written consent.
The Service allows you to create personal content including prayer journal entries, reflections, testimonies, and milestones ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By creating User Content, you grant Metamorphos Studio a limited license to store and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your User Content for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose beyond operating your account.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree that your User Content will not:

RhemaVerse uses artificial intelligence to generate visual imagery and scripture companion responses. You acknowledge and agree that:
RhemaVerse is a faith-based application that presents Biblical content through a theologically conservative Protestant lens. All episode content is reviewed against a defined set of theological guidelines by Metamorphos Studio before publication.
We respect that Christians hold diverse theological perspectives. Our content represents our editorial position and does not constitute binding doctrinal statements for any denomination or faith community.
RhemaVerse is not a church, seminary, or pastoral ministry. Nothing in the app should be treated as a substitute for corporate worship, pastoral care, or formal theological education.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@metamorphosstudio.com or using the account deletion option in Settings (when available).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, METAMORPHOS STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content in the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, METAMORPHOS STUDIO AND ITS FOUNDER, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
